If You Have A Claim

• In the event you have a claim, or any occurrence that indicates there might be a claim, contact your agent as soon as possible.
• Take action to protect you, your family, and your property to the greatest extent possible.
• Take necessary measures to prevent further damage to your property. Contact law enforcement and/or emergency officials if necessary. Take photos of incurred damage or hazardous conditions. Keep any damaged property for inspection.
• If you experience an emergency outside of normal business hours, please call our claim personnel at: (716) 664-5813 or (800) 896-4720 for assistance, and then contact your agent on the next business day with the claim information.
